Fine and high jewellery, from brief to first production. Collection design, CAD, sourcing and manufacturing in Thailand, with every phase inspected on the factory floor and signed off before the next begins.
Developed and produced in Bangkok
From the first creative brief to a market-ready collection architecture. Brand positioning analysis, trend mapping, concept development, technical drawings and full 3D/CAD modelling. Designed to give your brand a coherent, manufacturable and commercially grounded product vision.
From approved design to production-ready sample. Every step is managed: production-grade CAD files, material sourcing, prototyping, sampling rounds, cost engineering and complete technical specifications. What you receive is a piece that is ready to manufacture at scale, at the right cost, with zero ambiguity.
Direct access to certified manufacturers in Thailand, with structured quality control built into every stage. I define the quality brief, identify the right production partner from three qualified proposals, optimise costs without compromising standards, and remain on-site through production and before shipment. Your product arrives as specified.
Some projects do not fit a predefined service. If you need a strategic conversation about market positioning, supplier performance, collection architecture or production bottlenecks, describe it below. I review every message personally and respond within 24 hours with a concrete starting point.
Creative direction and production rigour, held by the same hand.
A structured 30-minute conversation is enough to assess fit, define scope and agree on a first step. No pitch. No deck. Just a direct discussion about your project.
A Valenza Po atelier, a Milan high-jewellery house, Bangkok's manufacturing district: three worlds, one pair of hands.
I work with brands past the learning phase: they know what they want, and need it made without friction.
A structured capability overview for jewellery brands manufacturing in Thailand. This section covers product categories, construction options, MOQ logic and customisation levels available through the practice. It serves as a production reference, not a retail catalogue. Every item listed can be developed from scratch, adapted from an existing design or re-engineered for better cost performance.
9k, 14k and 18k gold in yellow, white and rose. Platinum, silver 925 and 999, and palladium. All alloys sourced from certified suppliers with assay documentation on request.
Natural diamonds (round, fancy cut, fancy colour), coloured gemstones and project-specific sourcing. All stones supplied with grading information. Origin certification available for premium and high jewellery projects.
Minimums vary by category, construction complexity and material cost. Core commercial categories from 20 to 50 units. Premium and high jewellery projects are discussed individually. First-run and repeat-run pricing differ.
Confirmed after design approval, sampling sign-off and sourcing completion. Typical range: 8 to 14 weeks from approved CAD to delivery. Milestone-based with on-site supervision at critical production stages.
Three levels: standard (from existing capability library), adapted (existing design modified to your specifications) and fully custom (designed from brief). Each has different timelines and investment structures.
Quality Book defined before production starts. Inspection at casting, setting, finishing and pre-shipment stages. Non-conforming pieces are rejected and rebuilt, not adjusted. You receive what was approved in sampling.
The objective is straightforward: enable brands to produce in Thailand with the cost structure of Asia and the quality expectations of Europe. Not as a compromise. As a genuine outcome.
Share your idea, your target market and where you are in the process. You will receive a structured response within 24 hours, with a clear recommendation on next steps.
A 30-minute call is enough to understand your challenge and define the right scope. No obligation, no pitch materials. Just a direct discussion between two professionals about what your project actually needs.
Nine years between a luxury maison’s creative atelier in Milan and the manufacturing floors of Bangkok. Fine and high jewellery conceived under a house's design codes and built to a factory's tolerances.
Product direction and collection architecture. Development from brief and costing through Design, CAD, prototyping and first production. Quality standards and specification control across gold 18K/14K/9K, silver 925–999, platinum, titanium and steel.
Capability built from zero: Design and 3D department of twenty across Asia, eight hundred models in eight months, delivery to first production shortened by a fifth across some 2,500 pieces. Market entry across Asia, Europe and the USA, with a Master’s in Systemic Design behind the method.
Italian standards. Asian manufacturing. One point of accountability.

Not by shortlisting factories on a directory. A production partner is chosen against a written quality brief: alloy specification, setting standard, finishing grade, tolerance and inspection points. Three qualified factories are asked to quote the same brief, so the comparison is like for like rather than a race to the lowest price. Selection then rests on sample quality and on how the factory behaves when a piece is rejected, not on the quotation alone.
For core commercial categories, 20 to 50 units per design. Minimums move with construction complexity and material cost, not with category alone: a plain band and a pavé ring of the same weight carry different minimums because the labour differs. Premium and high jewellery are quoted piece by piece. First-run and repeat-run pricing are not the same, because the first run absorbs mould and setup cost.
Eight to fourteen weeks from approved CAD, milestone based. The clock starts after design approval, sampling sign-off and sourcing are complete, not at the first conversation. Sampling adds two to four weeks before that. Stone sourcing is the variable that most often moves the date: calibrated goods are quick, matched coloured stones are not.
Yes, and it is routine. The standard is not set by geography but by the specification and by who inspects against it. Thai manufacturing carries deep competence in setting and finishing. What usually fails is the brief: a drawing without tolerances, a finish described as "high polish" with no reference sample. With a Quality Book agreed before production and inspection at casting, setting, finishing and pre-shipment, the outcome matches what was approved in sampling.
Every phase is inspected on the factory floor and signed off before the next one begins: casting, setting, finishing, pre-shipment. Nothing moves forward on a photograph or a verbal assurance. A brand that cannot station someone in Bangkok gets the same thing anyway, because the release at each stage is given in person, against the approved sample.
Both, and the choice follows the piece. Some work runs through production facilities under direct control, which shortens the chain and keeps cost and schedule accountable to one party. Other work goes to certified specialist partners in Thailand, because setting, enamel or a specific finishing discipline is better served by a workshop built around it. Either way the specification, the inspection and the sign-off stay in the same hands.

Yes, and it is usually the right way in. A launch capsule of six to ten designs tests construction, cost and market response before the range architecture is fixed. Scaling from a capsule to a full range afterwards is straightforward; unwinding a full range that was priced wrong is not.
Yes. Three levels: standard, adapted from an existing capability library, and fully custom from a brief. Full brand development covers the launch capsule, re-engineering of existing pieces for better cost performance, packaging and brand identity. Each level carries a different timeline and investment structure.
