A consulting practice for jewellery brands that need the full range: creative direction, product development, manufacturing access and sourcing of precious materials. One person, end to end, across three continents.
From the first creative brief to a market-ready collection architecture. Brand positioning analysis, trend mapping, concept development, technical drawings and full 3D/CAD modelling. Designed to give your brand a coherent, manufacturable and commercially grounded product vision.
From approved design to production-ready sample. Every step is managed: production-grade CAD files, material sourcing, prototyping, sampling rounds, cost engineering and complete technical specifications. What you receive is a piece that is ready to manufacture at scale, at the right cost, with zero ambiguity.
Direct access to certified manufacturers in Thailand, with structured quality control built into every stage. I define the quality brief, identify the right production partner from three qualified proposals, optimise costs without compromising standards, and remain on-site through production and before shipment. Your product arrives as specified.
Some projects do not fit a predefined service. If you need a strategic conversation about market positioning, supplier performance, collection architecture or production bottlenecks, describe it below. I review every message personally and respond within 24 hours with a concrete starting point.
Creative direction and production rigour, held by the same hand.
A structured 30-minute conversation is enough to assess fit, define scope and agree on a first step. No pitch. No deck. Just a direct discussion about your project.
My career was built in three very different environments. The first was a goldsmithing atelier in the Valenza Po district, where I learned to develop bespoke jewellery for private clients and understood what craftsmanship actually requires at a technical level. The second was a High Jewellery and Fine Jewellery division inside a major international luxury group in Milan, where I worked directly with creative directors and master craftsmen on seasonal collections validated at board level. The third is Bangkok, where I have been based since 2024, managing production and quality for brands manufacturing in Southeast Asia.
What this combination produces is rare: someone who can read a creative brief, translate it into production-ready specifications, identify the right manufacturing partner, and stay on the factory floor until the piece meets the standard it was designed to.
I work with brands that have outgrown the learning phase. They know what they want. They need someone who can execute it without friction.
Each collection is a resolved design programme. Not a catalogue, but a body of work. The pieces shown represent the full range of creative direction, from entry fine jewellery to high jewellery, across three distinct lines.
A sculptural band in which two planes cross without touching. The form is complete at its most minimal. No stone is required. Diamond rows and full pavé variations extend the vocabulary from entry fine jewellery through to high jewellery, without changing the essential geometry.
A band conceived around alternation. Mother of pearl and round brilliant diamonds, set in cadence within a polished rose gold frame. Available as a single-row band and a wider double-row version.
A structured capability overview for jewellery brands manufacturing in Thailand. This section covers product categories, construction options, MOQ logic and customisation levels available through the practice. It serves as a production reference, not a retail catalogue. Every item listed can be developed from scratch, adapted from an existing design or re-engineered for better cost performance.
9k, 14k and 18k gold in yellow, white and rose. Platinum, silver 925 and 999, and palladium. All alloys sourced from certified suppliers with assay documentation on request.
Natural diamonds (round, fancy cut, fancy colour), coloured gemstones and project-specific sourcing. All stones supplied with grading information. Origin certification available for premium and high jewellery projects.
Minimums vary by category, construction complexity and material cost. Core commercial categories from 20 to 50 units. Premium and high jewellery projects are discussed individually. First-run and repeat-run pricing differ.
Confirmed after design approval, sampling sign-off and sourcing completion. Typical range: 8 to 14 weeks from approved CAD to delivery. Milestone-based with on-site supervision at critical production stages.
Three levels: standard (from existing capability library), adapted (existing design modified to your specifications) and fully custom (designed from brief). Each has different timelines and investment structures.
Quality Book defined before production starts. Inspection at casting, setting, finishing and pre-shipment stages. Non-conforming pieces are rejected and rebuilt, not adjusted. You receive what was approved in sampling.
The objective is straightforward: enable brands to produce in Thailand with the cost structure of Asia and the quality expectations of Europe. Not as a compromise. As a genuine outcome.
Share your idea, your target market and where you are in the process. You will receive a structured response within 24 hours, with a clear recommendation on next steps.
A 30-minute call is enough to understand your challenge and define the right scope. No obligation, no pitch materials. Just a direct discussion between two professionals about what your project actually needs.
Whether you are building a new collection, looking for certified manufacturing access in Asia, or need a strategic conversation about your existing product line. I respond personally to every message, typically within 24 hours.
